The meeting was organized within the framework of the celebrations for the Bicentennial of Independence and the Centennial of the Revolution, which aims to analyze the development of revolutionary feats in both states.
Inaugurating the seminar, the PRI Senator Melquiades Morales Flores, president of the Special Commission in charge of these celebrations, said the agenda of activities is ambitious, "but it is feasible, necessary and a high sense of patriotism."
"This Commission is responsible for promoting in all states the festivities and contribute with responsibility and commitment so that the celebrations are at the height of the struggles that created them," he said.
